The TTM-EXO1CS is used to automatically tape magazine-loaded SOPs of different sizes on to a 32mm adhesive paper tape preparatory to subsequent automatic insertion into motherboards. Machine operation and stick mounting/dismounting can be achieved easily on the front panel. This machine's operating section is constructed separately with a cum-drive and an air-pressure drive for the sake of structural simplicity and to enhance safety. Scrupulous care is taken to protect the winding tape and component parts against damage. Two 6-digit programming counters are provided to make it possible for the machine to stop automatically after a prescribed number of sticks have been loaded. Pre-operation arrangements can be carried out independent of the machine using a spare magazine (sold separately), allowing for enhanced operational efficiency. Equipped with the very essence of our proprietary mechanical technology, the TTM-EX01CS is a trustworthy SOP taping machine known for its flexibility and proven reliability. |
