This machine cuts polarity-aligned radially taped parts without separating them into individual pieces. After having been cut, these parts are kept ready for the following operation. While one piece is being picked up and inserted into a baseboard by the operator or robot, the next piece comes on line.
This machine prevents the inadvertent insertion of the wrong part since it is no longer necessary to "identify the polarity of each part" and/or "shift parts from one hand to the other," enhancing operational efficiency and reliability as a result.
The compactness of the machine allows several machines to be handled by just one operator. We recommend the use of this machine in line with a manual- insertion-type conveyor and/or a robot-operated automatic-insertion machine. |
